As a GuardDogID subscriber since 2009, I was extremely impressed by the enhancements made to my “dashboard” when I logged into it yesterday. The ease of manuverability, the instant reporting of my current ratings, profile reports and standard alerts is something that provides peace of mind and makes me feel that I’m getting the most value for my annual membership.

I purchased a family membership and noticed that my wife’s data is not yet available to her but, upon completing a work “ticket”, I received almost immediately, a well worded response from customer service informing me that spouse and other eligible family information would be available within 24-48 hours. I have no reason to doubt them.

These guys are players and, I believe, the future of identity theft preventive services…move over LifeLock, there’s a new sheriff coming to town…!
